Commercial Vehicle Paint Technician

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Paint Technician to join a large automotive repair business in Long Bennington. You’ll be preparing and refinishing LCVs and HGVs, producing high-quality paint finishes in line with manufacturer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing, painting and refinishing commercial vehicles using approved materials and repair methods
• Completing paintwork to an excellent standard, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Ensuring paint finishes meet both internal and manufacturer quality checks
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation in the booth and workshop
• Collaborating with the wider repair team to meet deadlines and customer requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or commercial vehicle environment
• Strong understanding of paint systems, colour matching and modern refinishing techniques
• ATA accreditation (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
• Experience within an approved repair centre is beneficial
• High levels of pride, accuracy and quality focus
• A reliable team player who takes ownership of their work
