Need help clearing bulky items and rubbish from home

I'm looking for someone to help clear out and dispose of bulky items from my house. The job includes removing old furniture, appliances, and general rubbish, plus loading it into a van for proper disposal. I have limited space in the driveway, so I’d appreciate careful handling to avoid damage. Please have appropriate PPE, a valid waste carrier license if required, and be prepared to sweep up any debris after the removal. Comfort with stair access and stairs is a plus. Ideally available this coming weekend for about half a day.
