📍 Location: Redbridge, East London ⏰ Start: ASAP 💼 Contract: Permanent 🕣 Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 💷 Salary: £40,000–£46,000 depending on experience A Varied School-Based Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced school administrator to step into a Data & Admissions Manager position within a busy secondary school in Redbridge. The role sits at the heart of the school’s administration, with responsibility for ensuring pupil information is accurate, accessible and properly managed, while also overseeing the admissions process. Key Areas of Responsibility Data Manage and maintain the school’s pupil database Produce regular reports for SLT and Heads of Department Monitor the accuracy of attendance, assessment and pupil records Support census and statutory reporting Analyse data and highlight relevant trends or discrepancies Admissions Manage applications and admissions enquiries Coordinate admissions paperwork and assessments Oversee new pupil enrolment and induction administration Liaise with parents, Local Authorities and other schools Keep admissions records accurate and fully up to date What You’ll Need The ideal candidate will have strong school-based administration experience, ideally with previous responsibility for data and/or admissions. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, strong IT and Excel skills and the confidence to work independently. Knowledge of a school MIS such as Arbor, SIMS or Bromcom would be useful.
