📍 Location: Hertfordshire ⏰ Start: ASAP 💼 Contract: Permanent 🕣 Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 💷 Salary: £40,000–£47,000 depending on experience About the Opportunity A high-achieving secondary school in Hertfordshire is seeking a capable and organised Data & Admissions Manager to take ownership of two important areas of school administration. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data but also likes the people-facing side of admissions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, families and staff to make sure information is accurate and the admissions process runs smoothly. Your Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of pupil data Maintain accurate records across the school MIS Analyse and report on attendance, assessment and pupil information Manage admissions from application through to enrolment Coordinate new starter and leaver processes Liaise with parents, Local Authorities and other schools Prepare data for statutory returns and internal reporting Support senior leaders with accurate and timely information Maintain high standards of confidentiality and GDPR compliance The Person We’re looking for someone with previous experience within a school data, admissions or administrative environment . You should be highly organised, confident using Excel and school databases, and comfortable handling large amounts of sensitive information. Experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or similar systems would be advantageous. What’s on Offer?
