About the Role The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students as they develop a deeper understanding of psychological theories, research and human behaviour. You will be responsible for: Planning and delivering engaging Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5 Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations Developing students' analytical, evaluative and research skills Differentiating teaching to meet a range of abilities Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback Contributing to the wider life of the department and school What the School is Looking For The ideal Psychology Teacher will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification Have experience teaching Psychology in a secondary school or sixth-form environment Have strong subject knowledge across the Psychology curriculum Be confident teaching students across KS4 and KS5 Demonstrate effective classroom management and communication skills Be committed to achieving strong outcomes for students About the School The school provides a positive and ambitious learning environment, with high expectations for students and staff.
