You’ll work closely with the HR Assistant and senior leadership, providing day-to-day HR advice while taking ownership of a range of operational HR processes. What You'll Be Looking After Recruitment, onboarding and safer recruitment procedures. Employee relations and advice to managers. Absence monitoring and return-to-work processes. Probation, appraisal and performance management. Disciplinary and grievance procedures. Staff contracts, changes and personnel records. HR reporting and workforce information. Single Central Register and compliance requirements. HR policies and procedures. Supporting the HR Assistant with administration and staff queries. The Person This role would suit an experienced HR Manager, HR Advisor or Senior HR professional who is ready to take ownership of a school HR function. Education experience would be highly desirable, although strong candidates from another complex organisation may also be considered. You’ll need to be approachable, discreet and confident giving advice to senior staff. A solid understanding of employment law and safeguarding in recruitment is essential. 🎁 The Package Temporary-to-permanent contract.
