Role Overview As a Cover Supervisor in Buckingham, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuous learning during teacher absences. You will step into pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, taking charge of classrooms, maintaining a disciplined environment, and ensuring pupils complete the work assigned by absent department staff.
