ASAP Start | Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | £42,000–£48,000 A leading independent school in Hampstead is looking for an experienced Admissions Manager to join its established admissions team. This is a senior-facing role working closely with prospective families, feeder schools and senior leaders. You will oversee the admissions journey from the initial enquiry through to enrolment and help ensure families receive an exceptional level of service. Key Areas of Responsibility Oversee the full admissions process across relevant year groups. Manage applications, assessments, offers and enrolment. Build strong relationships with prospective families. Coordinate school tours, open events and admissions meetings. Liaise with feeder schools and external organisations. Maintain accurate applicant and pupil data. Monitor admissions deadlines and reporting requirements. Support the wider admissions team and improve processes where appropriate. About You We're looking for someone with proven admissions experience within an independent school or similar education setting. You'll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, alongside strong administration and organisational ability. Experience managing a busy admissions function and working with senior stakeholders would be particularly useful.
