About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals across a range of care settings. You’ll help people maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life while providing compassionate, respectful and practical support tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support
• Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required
• Promote independence, choice and dignity
• Support individuals with social and community activities
• Complete accurate care and support records
• Recognise and escalate changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures and best practice

What we need from you

• Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
• At least 6 months’ UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
• Previous Support Worker experience
• Moving and handling experience
• A satisfactory DBS check
• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred

Looking for regular hours?

We’re particularly keen to hear from Support Workers who are looking to commit to around 25 hours per week. If you’re looking for fewer hours or greater flexibility, we’d still love to hear from you, as we have a range of other shift opportunities available.
