The Opportunity
Puro Associates are working with an established and growing legal practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor on a fully remote basis.
This is a great opportunity for a Family Solicitor who enjoys private family work, takes pride in delivering excellent client care and wants the flexibility of working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The role offers a strong level of autonomy, with appropriate support and supervision available when required.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters, including:

• Divorce and financial matters.
• Financial remedy work.
• Private children matters.
• Cohabitation agreements.
• TOLATA.
• Injunctions.
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
• Advising clients throughout the progression of their matters.
• Managing files from instruction through to conclusion.
• Building strong and trusted client relationships.
• Working closely with colleagues and support staff where required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience handling a mixed private family caseload.
• Strong experience across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters.
• The ability to manage your own caseload with confidence.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A commercially aware and practical approach to family law.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a wider team.
• A genuine passion for family law and a desire to develop your career.
