Corby (Office Based, 5 Days Per Week)

Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Corby. This is a key role that acts as the central link between customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

As Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring services are delivered smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer support throughout the customer journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to customer calls and emails, providing accurate information and professional support.
  • Managing service requests and bookings, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and accurately recorded.
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress and status of bookings and service requests.
  • Handling customer issues and complaints professionally, working towards positive resolutions.
  • Arranging and confirming bookings with vendors to ensure service commitments are met.
  • Preparing and distributing vendor schedules, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Monitoring active and upcoming bookings, proactively following up to ensure successful completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, service reports, and customer communications.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, Contract Managers, and operational teams.
  • Supporting compliance activities, audits, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and service excellence across all interactions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organised and service-driven individual who can manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and customer focus. You'll likely have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination, scheduling, or administration role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and service delivery.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling systems.
