Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Reception)

We're currently recruiting for several dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Broadway from September

This is a full-time roles working with children who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with additional needs
* Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom management
* Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Managing challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
* Supporting student's emotional and social development

Requirements:

* Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school environment
* A patient, caring, and resilient approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
