Customer Service Team Leader
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate and develop an established sales team. This is a hands-on role focused on driving performance, improving engagement and supporting commercial growth.

The Role:
- Lead, motivate and coach the sales team
- Conduct 1-1s and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs, targets and activity levels
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training
- Introduce new ideas to improve team performance and engagement
- Work closely with teams across different locations
The Candidate:
- Previous sales, telesales or customer service team leadership experience
- Strong KPI and target-driven approach
- Commercially minded with a focus on growth
- Confident, engaging and motivational
- Hands-on with the ability to establish authority
- Proactive and able to bring fresh ideas
- Full driving licence beneficial
