The role will also focus on delivering a top-class and seamless candidate experience and requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the Early Talent market within the UK.

What you will do:

  • Provide advice and guidance to interviewing managers.
  • Support the Interview Coordinator in the London office as required.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the virtual interview platform.
  • Support the wider team and troubleshoot common virtual interview platform issues when needed.
  • Train and mentor new team members on the virtual interview platform.
  • Help candidates prepare for each stage of the recruitment process through digital helpdesk sessions, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Communicate recruitment outcomes to candidates and provide verbal feedback upon request.
  • Help manage two busy candidate inboxes and respond promptly to candidate queries.
  • Record and implement requested interview adjustments to support an inclusive and seamless candidate experience.

Candidate Management and Experience

  • Support Applicant Tracking System management to ensure candidates progress through or are withdrawn from the recruitment pipeline in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information.
  • Ensure candidate queries and interview requirements are addressed promptly.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment and assessment process.
  • Support quality, consistency, and fairness across Early Talent assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bring strong experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate assessment, or a related Human Resources environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the UK Early Talent market.
  • Demonstrate experience conducting high-volume interviews within a graduate, internship, apprenticeship, or similar recruitment environment.
  • Bring strong understanding of candidate assessment processes and the importance of quality, consistency, and fairness.
  • Possess experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bring excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of interviews, candidate queries, and competing priorities.
  • Possess strong attention to detail when recording candidate feedback, interview outcomes, and recruitment information.
  • Demonstrate confidence providing advice and guidance to interviewing managers.
  • Bring experience training, mentoring, or supporting colleagues on recruitment platforms or processes.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technology or platform issues.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Bring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment, particularly during peak interview periods.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work onsite in London three days per week, including mandatory Monday and Friday office days and an additional office day during peak interview periods.
