- Skills: Excellent communication, de-escalation, and teamwork skills, with sound basic IT skills (MS Office / Teams).
- Knowledge: Clear understanding of safeguarding procedures, GDPR compliance, and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied shift pattern including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Requirements: Solid standard of general education, full UK driving licence, and access to a car for business travel.
Desirable Criteria:
- Level 3 NVQ/QCF (or equivalent) in Social Care, Housing, Youth Work, or a related discipline.
- Training in trauma-informed care, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), mental health awareness, or substance misuse.
- Familiarity with the Housing Support Grant (HSG) framework, welfare benefits, and tenancy sustainment strategies.
Why Apply?
Join a supportive, values-driven environment that prioritises fairness, staff growth, and meaningful outcomes. You'll benefit from regular supervision, reflective practice sessions, and continuous professional development including the opportunity to complete formal care and housing qualifications within your first 18 months.
