Hotel Kitchen Team Member – London Heathrow Airport (T5) Premier Inn
This isn’t just about cooking.
You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.
One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location
Pay: Up to £13.56 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 25/02/2027 – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
Hours: 30 contracted hours per week.
Location: London Heathrow Airport (T5), Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport, 420 Bath Rd, Longford, West Drayton UB7 0EA
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.
You don’t need hotel experience
Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
