We continue to invest and innovate in beer and pubs, ensuring we remain a fiercely independent family company at the forefront of British brewing and hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and inspirational personality to support the day-to-day operation of the Hall & Woodhouse Visitor Centre, with a particular focus on the Brewery Shop, tour administration, and the coordination of weddings, conferences, and internal events.
This is a hands-on role, combining retail operations, administration, visitor experience, and event coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure that visitors receive a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience whilst supporting the smooth running of the shop and Visitor Centre across multiple areas.

The successful candidate will be organised, personable, and happy to get involved wherever needed to support both the team and our visitors. Previous experience in retail, visitor experiences and events with hospitality is an advantage. Access to independent transport would be helpful too.
