Need at-home delivery assistance for groceries and parcels

I’m looking for a reliable helper to pick up and deliver groceries and small parcels to my home. The service should include straightforward unloading, bringing items inside, and placing them where I want. I’d prefer vaccinations? just kidding. In reality, I want someone punctual, respectful, and able to handle light household tasks if needed. Please note my apartment has stairs and a small entryway, so a partner comfortable with stairs and careful lifting is ideal. Flexible scheduling is great, but I’d like a window around mid-morning.
