Support: Day and night shifts available, including 2:1 daytime support and 2:1 support at night
Client group: Young adult requiring complex care support
About the role
We are looking for kind, reliable and skilled carers to join a small, dedicated care team supporting a young woman with complex health needs as she transitions into adulthood.
The young person lives at home with her family and requires full support with all aspects of daily living, health monitoring, personal care, communication, comfort, safety and wellbeing. This is a rewarding role for experienced care professionals who are confident working in a complex care environment and who can provide safe, compassionate and person-centred support.
The successful applicants will work closely with the young person's family, clinical lead, on-call nursing team and wider healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
