As a Customer Supply Chain Representative in our Nottingham Logistics team, you'll join a high-performing, customer-focused environment where collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. Our team is known for developing talent, creating opportunities for growth and helping people build meaningful careers across the business.

You'll be joining a supportive and inclusive workplace where achievements are recognised, ideas are valued and development is genuinely encouraged. If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, build strong customer relationships and grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.

What to expect

As part of our Customer Logistics team, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive the right products at the right time. You'll work with a diverse customer base, from major retailers and wholesalers to high street outlets and food service operators, helping to deliver the service excellence that our brands are known for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Managing customer queries, supply issues and complaints from initial investigation through to resolution.
  • Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve delivery and service challenges.
  • Identifying trends and recurring issues, supporting continuous improvement activities and corrective actions.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with customers to enhance their experience and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to achieve service and operational goals.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working within established processes and service standards.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect from CCEP.

Skills and essentials:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Previous customer service, customer supply chain or order management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good PC skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • A structured and organised approach to work.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Experience using SAP, Salesforce or similar business systems.
  • Experience working within a supply chain, logistics or FMCG environment.

Most importantly, we're looking for people who bring energy, curiosity and a commitment to delivering great outcomes for our customers. In return, we'll provide the support, development and opportunities to help you build a rewarding career with CCEP.

We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), with 39,000 people serving 4 million customers across 31 markets. We combine the scale of a large multinational business with expert local knowledge of the customers and communities we serve, investing, employing, manufacturing and distributing locally.

At CCEP, we welcome people from all backgrounds and value the experiences and perspectives they bring. We are committed to an inclusive workplace where everyone can be themselves, feel respected and thrive. This commitment is reflected in our recognition as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute and as a Disability Confident Leader. If you need any adjustments or support during the recruitment process, please let us know when you apply so we can support you to perform at your best.

We recognise that some people may prefer not to participate in alcohol-related sales, interactions or promotions. If this applies to you, please speak with your Talent Acquisition contact, who can advise whether this role includes activities related to our alcohol portfolio.
