We're currently looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Ridgeway House Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company that values its people, invests in their development, and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

This BaxterStorey managed site is a 121 bedroomed hotel with a large conference space. This position is working five shifts over seven days, over time is available.

Rate of Pay: £13.40 per hour 25 hours per week. (08:30-14:00 Breakfast break included).

Job Description

As a Housekeeper at Ridgeway House Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. You'll take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments through room servicing, replenishing amenities, and maintaining immaculate presentation throughout the hotel. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll contribute to a safe and professional environment, respond promptly to guest needs, identify maintenance concerns, and help uphold the outstanding hospitality standards for which BaxterStorey is renowned. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about providing excellent service.
