Forklift/Production Operative – £800 pre week

We’re recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing business based in Heckington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stable, full-time work with the chance of securing a permanent position.
Working within a fast-paced production environment, you’ll split your time between operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck and supporting the production team.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move stock and materials.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Supporting production by filling 1-tonne bulk bags and 25kg sacks with product.
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties.
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and quality procedures.
• Helping to keep the production area clean, organised and efficient.
Please note that this role is approximately 20% FLT driving and 80% production-based work.
