We are expanding our teams across the Northallerton cluster and are looking for caring, committed Support Workers to join our growing services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an expanding team and help shape our services while supporting adults with a range of needs to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across different care settings.
You will support individuals to live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives, while promoting their choices, dignity, wellbeing, and personal goals.
Shift Patterns
The role may include a mix of:
Day shifts
Late shifts
Sleep-in shifts
Waking night shifts
Every other weekend working
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and health needs
Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing
Supporting individuals to access the community and achieve personal goals
Following care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance
Supporting individuals to develop and maintain daily living skills
Working collaboratively as part of an expanding and supportive team
Building positive, professional relationships with the people we support
