Learn the Executive Search tool kit. * Transparent and clear rotations across different markets, building a broader view of the business world and Korn Ferry. * Learning by doing; work on live client projects with clear support building your pride and confidence in what it takes to deliver impactful work. * Pastoral and Cohort support - through Executive Search and Early Careers you will have colleagues rooting for your success and learning events building your broader commercial, AI and technical skills.
