PROJECT QS BRIEF
The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of a major CAT A commercial fit-out project in Birmingham. This is a 70-week contract, with responsibility for managing the commercial aspects of the project from subcontract procurement through to final account.
Reporting Line
The Project Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Commercial Lead and work closely with the Operations Director and Project Manager and site team to ensure the successful commercial and operational delivery of the project.

The role will be based full-time on site in Birmingham. xwwtmva In addition, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be required to visit a second project in Leeds approximately one day every fortnight to provide commercial support.
