An established and highly regarded high-end residential main contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join its growing delivery team.
The company specialises in delivering high-end and super-prime residential refurbishments, bespoke new builds, extensions and complex structural alterations across London and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and wants to work on high-quality, design-led residential schemes, where programme, quality and attention to detail are critical.
The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of high-end residential projects, working closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, client, architects, designers and specialist subcontractors.
A key part of the position will be programme management. You will be expected to understand the overall project programme, manage short-term lookaheads and ensure works are progressing to agreed milestones.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with construction programmes, understanding critical path activities, coordinating trades and identifying potential delays before they impact the project.
Experience using Procore would be highly advantageous
