As a Cook, your responsibilities will include: * Food preparation and production of high-quality foods in a safe and hygienic manner * Providing varied menu choices for people with dietary requirements following IDDSI guidelines * Comply with Food Health and Safety procedures * Adhering to daily documentation and cleaning schedules ensuring a clean safe environment determined by law and company policies * Ordering of produce in compliance to budgets At Milestones Trust we recognise that without the hard work, commitment and passion of our staff, we wouldn’t be the charity that we are today.
