About the role: As a Quality Control Assistant you will check our fabulous products as they go on their journey through the Factory, checking every product matches up to our high standards, and ensuring that every customer experiences the same fantastic quality of product when it arrives with them.

Heres what we offer: The Highlights Our 4-day afternoon shift gives you three days off every week that's a long weekend, every weekend.

You'll also enjoy a two-week shutdown every July at the start of the summer holidays, a week off at Christmas, and we don't work bank holidays, giving you even more time to relax, recharge and spend with the people who matter the most.

Competitive Pay: £25,866 per annum (Weekly Pay) Location: Birchwood Way, Somercotes, Alfreton DE554QQ Working Hours : 39 hrs per week Monday to Thursday Monday to Wednesday 2:00 pm 12:20 am , Thursday 2:00 pm 11:05 pm Growth and Training: Learn new skills and develop your career with us.

What you'll be doing: Quality Inspection: Monitoring and checking products throughout the production journey to ensure consistency and excellence.

Standard Compliance:Verifying that every finished product aligns perfectly with DFS's high-quality benchmarks.

Volume & Pace:Managing quality checks efficiently within a high-volume, fast-moving factory environment.

Customer Assurance:Acting as the final line of defence to guarantee a flawless product experience for our customers.

Detail Management:Demonstrating high levels of focus and attention to detail at all times.

Were looking for someone who: Has prior experience in a Quality Control environment will be beneficial but not essential Enjoys working in a fast paced environment Has exceptional attention to detail.

Takes pride in the work that they do.

Great communication skills.
