Kepak St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfilhas combined beef and lamb processing and packing facilities. We offer beef and lamb products ranging from retail ready cuts for butchers counters to branded packaged meat all as part of our service; raised on open pastures sourced from local farmers and hand-selected by our master butchers we produce beef and lamb products with integrity and unmatched quality assurance.
We are currently recruiting for a Packing Supervisor to work in our Beef Boning Department in Kepak Merthyr Tydfil. This is a full time permanent position working from 6.00am - Monday to Friday.
Role Purpose:
Responsible for all Packing Hall Operatives ensuring consistency and compliance to packing in accordance with client specifications and Company SOPs. Ensuring the smooth running of the production process while creating positive employee relations. Responsible for maintaining the pace of the production line in a clean and hygienic environment.
