What you'll be doing? Ready to make your mark on a major infrastructure project? Join our Overhead Lines Commercial Team in South West England , where you'll play a key role in maximising project profitability, managing commercial risk, and supporting the successful delivery of critical electrical transmission projects.

Its a hands-on, site-focused role, so youll be out where the action is (expect at least three days a week on-site).

We're looking for someone who wants to do more than just manage the commercial aspects of a project.

What you'll bring? Experience within a Quantity Surveying, Commercial, or Cost Management role.

A qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of contract costing, cost/value reconciliation, and subcontract management.

Good working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.

Experience managing site records, variations, valuations, claims, and final accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and financial awareness.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience within the Electrical Transmission, Overhead Lines, utilities, or wider infrastructure sector would be a real advantage.

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel or stay away when required.

A proactive mindset and the ambition to grow with the project, take on increasing responsibility, and provide commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
