About the Role The successful candidate will lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of SEND provision across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive high-quality, tailored support that enables them to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with the Headteacher, senior leadership team, teachers, parents, and external agencies, you will oversee Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), coordinate interventions, monitor pupil progress, and provide expert guidance on inclusive teaching strategies throughout the school. This role is ideal for an experienced SENCO or an ambitious teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination who is passionate about creating an environment where every pupil can achieve success.
