  • Foundation practice * Foundation practice * Flexible on days * Stable inherited patient list An established independent practice in Barnsley is looking for an Associate Dentist to take over a warm, stable NHS patient list from a long-standing dentist who is retiring. You will earn £14-£15 per UDA, with up to 6,000 UDAs available, plus 50% on private work, across a modern four-surgery, fully digital practice. The role is flexible from a minimum of two days up to five, so it works whether you want part-time or full-time. With three intraoral scanners, digital x-rays, 3D printing on the way and real support to grow into implants, aligners and other special interests, there is genuine room to develop your clinical scope here. Whats on Offer * £14-£15 per UDA, plus 50% on all private work * Up to 6,000 UDAs available - negotiable UDA allocation * Flexible days (2-5) * 50 / 50 lab fees on private work * Flexible days, from two up to five, part-time or full-time * A warm, inherited patient list from a retiring dentist, not a new NHS list built from scratch * Fully digital practice with three intraoral scanners, digital x-rays and 3D printing on the way * Real support to develop into implants, clear aligners and other special interests * A Foundation Training practice with an experienced principal on site four days a week * Very easy parking and a five-minute walk into town Who Were Looking For * GDC registration is essential * An active NHS Performer Number is essential * Dentists at any stage of their career, as the practice is flexible on experience * A genuine interest in building long-term relationships with a loyal patient base * An appetite to grow your skills, whether that is implants, aligners or another special interest About the Practice * A well-established independent practice with four surgeries and a low turnover of staff * A supportive clinical team of a principal and three associate dentists, two therapists and a hygienist * Runs on Dentally software, with digital x-rays and three intraoral scanners already in place * A clear digital drive, with ongoing investment in equipment and marketing * An established list of stable patients, from young to old, inherited from the retiring dentist * Relaxed, friendly patients and an equally settled, friendly team * A Foundation Training practice, so mentoring and development are part of the culture * Easy parking and a five-minute walk to the town centre This is a rare chance to step into a warm, established list at a supportive, fully digital practice in Barnsley, with the days and the clinical scope to shape the role around you.
