An established international executive search firm is seeking an ambitious graduate to join its growing team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex problems and wants to develop a long-term career in executive search.

The firm partners with leading organisations across the private equity, venture capital and alternative investment sectors, helping clients identify and secure exceptional talent. With offices in London, Germany, Mexico and Hong Kong, it delivers assignments on a truly global scale, working with boutique investment firms through to multinational financial services organisations.

Its reputation has been built on integrity, exceptional market knowledge and long-term relationships, with clients returning time and again for a consultative, people-first approach.

About the Opportunity

Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging outstanding professionals for senior-level appointments. You'll gain exposure to global financial markets, develop commercial awareness and learn the fundamentals of executive search from experienced consultants.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career in a high-performance, relationship-driven environment.

Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for assignments

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers

Support executive search projects through market research, data gathering and competitor analysis

Manage assignment administration, candidate records and database updates with exceptional accuracy

About You

The successful candidate will be:

  • A graduate with a strong bachelor's degree

Naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn

An excellent communicator with confidence speaking to senior professionals

Organised, methodical and highly detail-oriented

Relationship-focused, with the ability to build trust and credibility

Self-motivated with resilience, drive and determination to succeed

Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information with complete integrity

Fluent in spoken and written English

Eligible to work in the UK

A second European language would be advantageous but is not essential

Experience

Previous experience is not essential. Applications are welcomed from graduates who demonstrate strong academic achievement, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in executive search, recruitment, financial services or professional services.

Experience in recruitment, sales, customer-facing roles, internships or financial services would be beneficial but is not required.
