I'm recruiting a Senior People & HR Manager for an established and growing luxury care home provider.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting a portfolio of care homes across the UK, with responsibility across recruitment, workforce planning, HR operations, training and compliance.
It's a great opportunity for someone who has worked within a multi-site HR role and enjoys being close to operations. You'll work directly with senior leaders and Home Managers, lead a small central team and play an important role in making sure the business can attract, recruit, develop and retain the right people.
The role
About you
I'm looking for someone with a strong generalist HR background who also understands the importance of recruitment and workforce planning.
You'll ideally have:
They need someone comfortable getting involved in the day-to-day and working directly with managers to solve problems and improve recruitment, retention and people processes.
