Your role Creatively lead project teams approach and direction. Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices. Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support. Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high‑quality design and creative work. Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design‑led. Be hands‑on with mixed discipline projects and able to jump in to give creative guidance and support when needed. Helping develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximizing potential. About you A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail and a commitment to high‑quality work. Previous experience working in large‑scale mixed discipline projects. Excellent and confident organizational and communication skills. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop. Experience in UX and UI Design with the ability to lean in on projects. Strong layout and typography skills. The ability to work well under pressure. Agile development. Team player, able to build excellent client relationships through thought leadership, outstanding creativity and proactive and reactive problem solving.
