Job Title: Senior Brand Manager Fuel (Gatorade Rockstar & Purdeys)

Location: Hybrid Hemel (with expected travel 2 days a week to a Carlsberg Britvic site agency site or head office)

Job Length: 12 Months FTC Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager for Fuel including Gatorade Rockstar and Purdeys. In this role you will pair strategic clarity with effective execution collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations and contribute curiosity creativity and drive to a fast-changing Fuel category.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage Gatorades UK debut building the strategy and delivering a compelling entry into the market.
• Create and implement a launch strategy that builds scale improves market fit and produces meaningful commercial outcomes.
• Engage and align senior stakeholders across multiple teams and partner organisations.
• Shape brand positioning go-to-market plans and standout consumer campaigns with marketing commercial and innovation partners.
• Own the performance of Purdeys and Rockstar delivering profitable and sustainable growth.
• Optimise portfolio SKU mix and brand roles to enhance business value while reducing complexity.
• Unlock efficiencies across marketing investment resources and portfolio architecture.
• Partner with commercial teams to deliver effective pricing promotional and trading strategies that accelerate performance.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience building brand strategies delivering impactful campaigns and growing commercial results.
• Broad commercial acumen with experience managing brands within complex portfolios and categories.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align teams around a clear vision.
• Big-picture oriented with the skill to translate long-term plans into consistent high-quality results.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consumer-led initiatives that support brand growth and market impact.
• Innovative forward-thinking and solutions-focused with the confidence to take initiative.
• Resourceful and collaborative with effective leadership skills in changing multi-stakeholder environments.
• Highly organised accountable and able to prioritise effectively in a complex business landscape.
