Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly supportive customer assistance through phone email and messaging
Guide clients as they explore and book travel options including cruises resorts flights and vacation packages
Go over itineraries payment details and travel documents with customers
Research destinations deals and travel choices that fit each clients preferences
Help resolve simple booking or account related issues
Maintain clear communication and follow up throughout the planning process
Use travel platforms booking tools and customer service best practices
