We are currently assisting a Local Authority in the North in their search for an experienced ERP Business Change Lead to drive the people and organisational change elements of a major ERP transformation programme covering Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
You will lead the development and delivery of the change strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared for new ways of working, and the organisation is ready for a successful ERP implementation.
