Ever had to coach a manager through a tough conversation at 9am, then present workforce trends to the board by 3pm? At Lomond, our People Experience Partner does both. The role is offered on a flexible basis, split two days at our Troy Mills office in Horsforth, Leeds and two days across our branches in Yorkshire & Scotland, reporting to the Group People Director.
Lomond is one of the UK's largest & fastest growing property services groups, and growth like ours needs strong people foundations. This role is the hands‑on HR presence managers turn to for everyday casework, while giving our leadership team the workforce insight they need to make good calls, from resolving ER cases to shaping how we manage change through acquisitions.

The final stage takes place in person with the MDs of the regions you'd be working with.
