We are delighted to have been instructed to appoint a Project Manager / Employer's Agent on behalf of a highly active residential-led mixed-use developer and property company. Acting in both capacities, you will play a pivotal role in delivering major, multi-phase developments, including complex high-rise schemes across Central London.
Key responsibilities include:
To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience operating as both a Project Manager and Employer's Agent on complex residential or mixed-use developments. Experience of Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Act is essential. xwwtmva
