Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger drinks brands.
Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is now looking to hire a Paid Social Lead to take ownership of one of its most important growth channels. You'll lead the Paid Social strategy across the UK and US, owning Meta end-to-end whilst also overseeing Google and Amazon Ads to drive continued growth.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?
6+ years' experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing roles.
Proven hands-on expertise managing Meta Ads at scale, with experience across Google and Amazon Ads highly advantageous.
Experience managing significant Paid Social budgets (£250k-£1m+ per month).
Strong track record of scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands through Paid Social, ideally within a high-growth consumer business.
Comfortable owning channel strategy, budget allocation, testing and optimisation, rather than simply executing campaigns.
Commercially minded, highly analytical and passionate about using data to drive growth.
