The role will report into the Chief People Officer, partnering closely to execute on the P&C strategy, managing initiatives and projects that drive impact and sharpen how the P&C leadership team operate, turning data, process, and AI into better outcomes for the business and our team members. Its a role for someone who is earlier in their career looking for a high impact, high exposure opportunity to fast track their progression within People and Culture.
