Our people are our greatest asset and investing in how they grow, develop and lead is central to our strategy.As Director of Treasury, you will own the firm’s treasury strategy, liquidity position and banking relationships across Topco and the wider group, including its international footprint. You will lead group-wide cash forecasting, banking facilities and refinancing, and be the primary point of contact for the firm’s day-to-day banking arrangements, reporting to the Finance Director.Protecting the firm’s liquidity and financial resilience sits at the centre of everything we do in Treasury, and you will be the driving force behind the strategy, discipline and relationships that keep the group financially strong as it grows.We’re happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we’ll support you to balance your work and life.A look into the roleDrive significant value for the firm by protecting its liquidity position and enhancing the treasury capability that is critical to the firm's stability and growth, reflecting the increasing complexity of managing treasury across the wider group.Oversee the production of short and long-term cash forecasts for the group, ensuring appropriate day-to-day liquidity across all group entities and escalating to the Finance Director as required.Responsible for preparation of detailed monthly treasury reporting pack to be delivered to senior leadership, board and investor, including monitoring and reporting of KPIsWorking with finance team colleagues to monitor and help bring efficiencies to wider working capital cycles (including lock-up management and purchase to pay optimisation)Propose approaches to manage treasury risk, working with the Finance Director to secure support and implement agreed actions.Lead on future refinancing exercises for the group, including engagement with lenders on facility structuring and terms.Oversee all amendments to banking system access and matters arising from the firm's day-to-day banking arrangements.Manage treasury compliance and cash management across Topco and the wider group, including its subsidiary and international entities.Maintain and develop Treasury policies and processes, including increased digitalisation.Review key accounting relating to treasury including treasury matters for audit and statutory accounts reporting.Leads Partner equity modelling and monitoring of equity-based partner incentive plan, partner capital contributions, retirements and admissions, and the cash flow implications of movements in partner capital accounts.Support the firm’s leadership team with the measurement and assessment of key private equity metrics including valuation and cash conversion, modelling potential investment returns, and impact of key strategic decisions on these factors.Support corporate development activity, including modelling the treasury and funding implications of M&A, investment and other strategic transactions.Work closely with the firm's banking partners and other relevant external stakeholders, maintaining and growing the firm's relationships with them.Lead and develop the treasury team to minimise key person risk and maintain a balanced resourcing approach.Knowing you’re right for usJoining us as Director of Treasury, the minimum criteria you’ll need is significant senior treasury experience within a complex, multi-entity organisation, including cash forecasting, banking relationships and treasury risk management. You will have a track record of leading refinancing or banking facility negotiations, and be comfortable communicating complex treasury topics to senior stakeholders including the Finance Director, board and investors.
