Site Maintenance Operative

Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30)
Location: Newport based but willingness to travel to various locations throughout the UK
Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping buildings in top condition? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing property maintenance team where your practical skills and experience will be valued every day.
Working across a diverse portfolio of modern commercial properties - including storage facilities, offices, and retail spaces - you'll play an important role in maintaining safe, well-presented, and fully operational sites.
