Job description
Fastly helps people stay better connected with the things they love. Fastlys edge cloud platform enables customers to create great digital experiences quickly, securely, and reliably by processing, serving, and securing our customers applications as close to their end-users as possible - at the edge of the Internet. The platform is designed to take advantage of the modern internet, to be programmable, and to support agile software development. Fastlys customers include many of the worlds most prominent companies, including GitHub, Yelp, Paramount, and JetBlue. Were building a more trustworthy Internet. Come join us. Senior Partner Marketing Manager, EMEA Come join the team thats building our partners growth engine. Right now, we are executing a critical strategic transition from a legacy direct-led approach to one made up of high-velocity, specialized ecosystem partners. As the Senior Regional Partner Marketing Manager, you are not here to distribute brochures, manage a portal graveyard, or chase passive deal registrations. You are an Ecosystem Growth Architect. Based in London and reporting directly to the Director of Global Partner Marketing (US-based), your mission is to treat co-marketing as an economic multiplier, laser-targeting premium MSSPs, security VARs, and GSIs across our priority regional territories while showing them how to become a high-margin services business using Fastly. What Youll Do: * Drive Pipeline Through/With Partners: Drive incremental, high-intent pipeline coverage across targeted EMEA market segments to directly address regional pipeline deficits, working closely with both Channel Account Managers and Territory Sales. * Activate the Partner Demand-gen Engine: Act as the regional demand-generation subject matter expert, architecting and launching end-to-end partner marketing campaigns that activate the ecosystem co-marketing flywheel. * Market the Services Revenue Multiplier: Demonstrate to partners how Fastly can serve as the engine for their own high-margin services business through GTM value proposition and high-impact joint marketing engagements. * Localize & Scale Channel Programs: Master our partner program framework to seamlessly adapt global marketing initiatives for the unique nuances of the EMEA market, while also originating net-new regional programs with the blueprint to scale globally. * Act as a High-Agency Owner: Bring a proactive, builder-marketer mindset to this foundational role, with the autonomy to shape our EMEA partner marketing framework and adapt strategies as our regional footprint grows. What Were Looking For Basic Qualifications * 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated specifically to channel, distributor, or partner ecosystem marketing within the SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cyber-security sectors. * Proven experience collaborating with specialized two-tier distribution frameworks or premier security VARs and GSIs across EMEA. * Demonstrated success building and executing co-marketing frameworks that drive measurable enterprise pipeline growth. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; based in London with a track record of successfully working across global, distributed cross-functional teams. * You have an interest in independently and proactively running multiple projects in a dynamic environment using superior project management skills * You have knowledge of specific regional considerations in EMEA, including knowledge about sub-regional differences and nuances, and can supply strategic input across both global and regional teams * Fluency in a second European language (particularly French) is highly advantageous. Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements This position is based out of Fastlys London, UK office. Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home. This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager. Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours 9:00-18:00 with some flexibility due to timezones. Benefits We care about you. Fastly works hard to create a positive environment for our employees, and we think your life outside of work is important too. Fastly supports teams with great benefits that start on the first day of your employment with Fastly. Curious about our offerings? Why Fastly? * We have a huge impact. Fastly is a small company with a big reach. Not only do our customers have a tremendous user base, but we also support a growing number open source projects and initiatives. Outside of code, employees are encouraged to share causes close to their heart with others so we can help lend a supportive hand. * We value diversity. Growing and maintaining our inclusive and diverse team matters to us. We are committed to being a company where our employees feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work and have the ability to be successful - every day. * We are passionate. Fastly is chock full of passionate people and were not one size fits all. Fastly employs authors, pilots, skiers, parents (of humans and animals), makeup geeks, coffee connoisseurs, and more. We love employees for who they are and what they are passionate about. Fastly is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity and to providing employees with a safe and welcoming work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Our employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, family or parental status, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances. Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and federal or state disability laws, Fastly will provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and/or to receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact your Recruiter, or the Fastly Employee Relations team at candidateaccommodations@fastly.com or 501-287-4901.
