Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in booking cruise travel, guided tours, all-inclusive resorts, theme parks, and more.
Customize travel itineraries based on clients’ needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
Stay informed about industry trends, destination updates, and special promotions.
Collaborate with team members and use our dedicated website and booking engine to manage reservations.
