\n\nAre you an Estimator or similar from a construction background looking for a technically challenging role where you'll take ownership of high-value projects within a well-established company offering full Chartership support, long-term career progression and the opportunity to influence major commercial fit-out projects?
\nFor over 40 years, this company has been providing specialist fit-out solutions for commercial clients across sectors including healthcare and education. Through continued success, they have grown into a multi-million-pound business and are now looking to strengthen their estimating team.
\nIn this office-based role, you will take ownership of the pre-construction process by preparing tender packages, completing take-offs, pricing BOQs and producing accurate tender submissions for a wide range of commercial fit-out projects. You will work closely with project managers, clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, accurate cost planning and successful project delivery. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8:15am-5:15pm.
