We are looking to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join our Westminster R&M team.
About the role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carrying out responsive painting and decorating to occupied properties, to include glossing, emulsion, and papering in addition to undertaking mould wash and eradication treatments. You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing “perfect” finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first.
You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
Candidates should hold a relevant City & Guilds qualification or NVQ in their trade, along with a Skilled CSCS Card and strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Customer-focused and experienced in working within occupied properties, you will be committed to delivering high-quality repairs right the first time and within agreed timescales. A keen eye for detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a solid understanding of damp and mould diagnosis and treatment are essential for success in this role.
Due to the provision of a company vehicle for work purposes, applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for a minimum of 12 months. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications from candidates who hold an automatic-only licence.
