As a Field Care Supervisor , you'll work closely with clients, families, and care teams to ensure exceptional standards while supporting the growth and development of community-based complex care services.

This role is ideal for experienced Community Care Leads , Care Managers , and Complex Care Supervisors looking to take the next step in their career.As a Field Care Supervisor , you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own area while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You'll play a key role in maintaining quality, supporting care professionals, and building lasting relationships with clients, helping to deliver safe, person-centred care across the region.Package & BenefitsSalary of £33,000 to £35,000 per annum.Monday to Friday working hours.Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for business travel.Permanent, full-time position.Ongoing training and professional development.Supportive leadership team with opportunities for career progression.About the CompanyYou'll be joining a specialist provider of complex community care, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to people with a wide range of healthcare needs.
