Job description
Bring bold ideas to a brand that’s anything but neutral - help us colour the world with creativity at Le Creuset! Location: Andover, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full time permanent Working Hours: 35 hours over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Onsite 4 days per week About Le Creuset At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story. The Recipe for Success: Role Summary As our Assistant Brand Manager, youll help bring the Le Creuset story to the table, serving up inspiring brand, product and culinary content that captivates our audiences and strengthens our connection with consumers. Working closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Social & Creator Content Brand Manager, youll be an active ingredient in the development and delivery of our communications and social-first marketing strategies. From helping to create engaging content to supporting exciting community initiatives, youll ensure our brand message is consistently seasoned to perfection across every touchpoint. You’ll play a key role in coordinating marketing activity, nurturing our growing community of food lovers and home cooks, and helping to bring campaigns from recipe to reality. Whether supporting content creation, amplifying social media activity or assisting with brand activations, youll help ensure every marketing initiative is beautifully prepared, expertly served and unmistakably Le Creuset. With a passion for storytelling, organisation and all things culinary, youll provide valuable support across the marketing team, helping us create meaningful brand experiences that delight existing fans and inspire new ones to pull up a seat at the Le Creuset table. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities What’s On Your Daily Menu These are the everyday ingredients you’ll be working with: Keeping Our Communications Simmering * Planning, creating and sending email communications across the UK and Ireland, ensuring every message is beautifully served and on brand. * Monitoring email campaign performance and helping identify opportunities to grow and nurture our customer database. * Supporting lead generation initiatives that help introduce new audiences to the Le Creuset brand. Being the Extra Pair of Hands * Coordinating product sample requests, press gifts, competition prizes and image requests. * Supporting event planning and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. * Building strong relationships across the business to deepen your understanding of our products, customers and ways of working. * Helping onboard new suppliers and supporting the administration of purchase orders and invoice processing. What’s On Your Seasonal Menu These duties appear when the business recipe calls for something special: Bringing Brand Moments to Life * Supporting key consumer communications campaigns and coordinating opportunities across PR, social media and brand channels. * Working alongside the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to maximise press opportunities and tell compelling brand and product stories. * Helping to bring seasonal launches, product campaigns and culinary moments to market with flair and consistency.
